Only one place per team/organsation will be available on this learning event, participants will be expected to diseminate the learning with their colleagues.

WST training will make selections to ensure a multi-agency mix. Confirmation of a place will be via teams invite, the booking email is not a confirmation.

Aim : to consider the whole family and the impact of adult behaviour or experiences on the child and other adults, what are the risks, threats and potential for resilience

Learning objectives

• by the end of the session participants will be able to describe what key areas of behaviour, experiences and vulnerbilities can impact on the child/family/adult
• will have discussed the impact these vulnerabilities may have on the outcomes for the child/family/adult
• will have used case studies to examine the issues and make decisions on actions that need to be taken
• Identified where ther maybe potential for resilience in the family, child and the adults.
