Free e-Learning Courses

Wolverhampton Safeguarding partners (all public sector, private sector and voluntary sector organisations based in the city and / or delivering services or support to Wolverhampton residents) that don't have access to their own e-learning platforms can access the City of Wolverhampton Council's e-learning Guest Area FREE OF CHARGE.

This Basic Awareness e-learning is suitable for all staff whether their job is related to work with children and young people, or adults with care and support needs.

The City of Wolverhampton Council’s e-learning Guest Area has two Basic Safeguarding Awareness modules which must be completed, plus several other safeguarding modules including: Prevent / radicalisation awareness, making safeguarding personal, FGM.

A certificate is available for download on completion of each module which can be shown to a manager / person in charge and added to your training record. Access is granted for one month.

Licences can be requested via the link above; each person must have their own unique email address). In the event that licences don’t appear, please check your inbox and spam / junk mail folder before contacting WSTTraining@wolverhampton.gov.uk to chase up your licence request.
