Free e-Learning Courses

All public, private and voluntary sector organisations based within Wolverhampton or those who deliver services and support to Wolverhampton residents that don’t have access to their own e-learning platforms are able to access the e-learning provided by the City of Wolverhampton Council.

There is no charge to access the e-learning and you are able to complete as many modules as you would like.

The following modules are available:

  • Basic Safeguarding Awareness Childrens & Adults
  • Intermediate Safeguarding Awareness Childrens & Adults (suitable for those with direct contact with Children and/or adults with care and support needs)
  • An Introduction to Restorative Practice
  • Child Sexual Exploitation
  • Corporate parenting
  • Domestic Abuse Awareness
  • Early Help for Children and Families
  • Exploitation
  • Female Genital Mutilation
  • Forced Marriage
  • Harmful Sexual Behaviour (Brook Traffic Light Tool)
  • ICON Shaking Babies
  • Mental Health, Dementia and Learning Disability
  • Missing Persons
  • Prevent

Upon completion of each module, you can download a certificate for your records.

Please note that you will need to complete both the Childrens & Adults safeguarding courses in your relevant level (basic or intermediate) to obtain a certificate.
