All public, private and voluntary sector organisations based within Wolverhampton or those who deliver services and support to Wolverhampton residents that don’t have access to their own e-learning platforms are able to access the e-learning provided by the City of Wolverhampton Council.
There is no charge to access the e-learning and you are able to complete as many modules as you would like.
The following modules are available:

- Intermediate Safeguarding Awareness Childrens & Adults (suitable for those with direct contact with Children and/or adults with care and support needs)
- An Introduction to Restorative Practice
- Child Sexual Exploitation
- Corporate parenting
- Domestic Abuse Awareness
- Early Help for Children and Families
- Exploitation
- Female Genital Mutilation
- Forced Marriage
- Harmful Sexual Behaviour (Brook Traffic Light Tool)
- ICON Shaking Babies
- Mental Health, Dementia and Learning Disability
- Missing Persons
- Prevent
Upon completion of each module, you can download a certificate for your records.
Please note that you will need to complete both the Childrens & Adults safeguarding courses in your relevant level (basic or intermediate) to obtain a certificate.
