Exploitation Briefing workshops will commence on the 14th of December. The purpose is to promote the revised practice, processes and different ways of working that have been outlined in this report that was presented to WST Exec on the 5th November . The workshops are targeted at Safeguarding Leads (the person/s who takes the lead responsibility in their organisation for safeguarding) across the partnership and the wider workforce in both adults and children's sectors. The expectation is that a train the trainer approach will be used, following the workshops those who attend will be expected to disseminate the information within their own organisations. The new system is due to go live in February 2021.
