Operation Encompass is a nationwide initiative that promotes a timely referral of Domestic Abuse cases to schools to ensure that children and young people exposed to or involved in domestic abuse within the home are offered support in a timely manner.
The aim of the Operation is to provide early support and intervention for children and young people who are vulnerable in these households.
Wolverhampton Police have adopted this approach, supported by the Wolverhampton Safeguarding Together Partnership.
