Wolverhampton Safeguarding Together partnership expects anyone undertaking the role of safeguarding lead for their organisation to have undertaken the following courses.
Shared Responsibility - one day course (children's safeguarding leads)
Core Working Together - one day course (children's safeguarding leads)
Thresholds Briefing - two hour briefing (children's safeguarding leads)
Managing Allegations - half day training (adults and children's safeguarding leads)
Safer Recruitment - one day course - at least one person from your organisation on each recruitment panel should have attended this training (adults and children's safeguarding leads)
Please be aware that Core Working Together training should be refreshed every two years.
Please book onto the specific half day Core Working Together Refresher course, not the full day course!
