Wolverhampton Safeguarding partners (all public sector, private sector and voluntary sector organisations based in the city and / or delivering services or support to Wolverhampton residents) that don't have access to their own e-learning platforms can access the City of Wolverhampton Council's e-learning Guest Area FREE OF CHARGE.

This Basic Awareness e-learning is suitable for all staff whether or not their job is related to work with children and young people, or adults with care and support needs.

The City of Wolverhampton Council’s e-learning Guest Area has two Basic Safeguarding Awareness modules which must be completed, plus a number of other safeguarding modules including: Prevent / radicalisation awareness, making safeguarding personal, FGM.

A certificate is available for download on completion of each module which can be shown to a manager / person in charge and added to your training record. Access is granted for one month.

Licences can only be requested by a manager or person in charge for employees or volunteers (one licence per person - each person must have their own unique email address).

The Manager / person in charge should click on this link to request licences and then follow the instructions on the spreadsheet download.
